🧾 Refund & Return Policy

At PrideCreated, every item is made with love and crafted just for you — from our vibrant flags to our unique LGBTQ+ merch. We want you to feel great about your purchase, so here’s how we handle changes, issues, and replacements.

🕒 Order Changes & Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled. To request a change or cancellation, email us at support@pridecreated.com.

🔄 Replacements for Items That Arrive Damaged or Defective

While we don’t offer returns at the moment, we do provide free replacements if your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective.

To qualify, please email support@pridecreated.com with a clear photo of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your product (this timeframe is non-negotiable). Include your order number so we can help quickly.

📅 30‑Day Protection (Damage After Delivery)

If your product becomes damaged within 30 days of receiving it under normal use, we’ll provide a free replacement. You’ll just cover a small shipping fee:

• $5.45 for orders shipped within the U.S.
• $6.80 for orders shipped within Europe

To request this 30‑day replacement, email support@pridecreated.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

📦 Returns

We don’t offer returns at this time. Our team will always work with you on a replacement when something isn’t right.
