🚚 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PrideCreated! Every item we make — from vibrant Pride flags to unique LGBTQ+ merch — is made to order with care and attention just for you.

🛠️ Production Time

Please allow 10–14 business days for us to design, process, and craft your order before it ships. Some smaller items may ship faster, but we set expectations for the maximum timeframe.

📦 Shipping Time

Estimated transit times:

United States & Canada: 5–15 business days
Europe: 6–18 business days
Other International: 7–21 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our production facility.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak holiday periods may extend delivery times depending on your country. Any duties or taxes are determined by your local customs authority.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, email us at support@pridecreated.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

🔁 Refund & Replacement Policy (Summary)

Order changes/cancellations: Available within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@pridecreated.com. After 24 hours, orders enter production and can’t be changed or canceled.
Returns: We don’t offer returns at the moment.
Free replacements for issues on arrival: If your item arrives broken, damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, email us with clear photos within 24 hours of receipt for a free replacement.
30‑day protection: If your item becomes damaged under normal use within 30 days of delivery, we’ll provide a free replacement. You’ll only cover a small shipping fee: $5.45 for U.S. orders or $6.80 for European orders.
